Job Location : Phoenix, AZ (hybrid)

Job Salary : 80k - 130k + Benefits

Based in Phoenix, AZ, we are a leading Energy Company that provides affordable and clean energy for 2.7 million people in Arizona.

Due to growth, we are looking for a Structural Engineer (Civil) to join our team! Must have experience applying civil engineering expertise to engineering & construction projects. In this position, you will support the operation, construction and maintenance of our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) systems.

Experience in structural loading analysis using O-Calc or other similar software programs is preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

• Create and maintain construction standards and material specifications.
• Conduct engineering analyses, evaluate materials, and review failed components.
• Identify improvement opportunities across T&D design and construction processes.
• Apply civil engineering expertise to moderate-scale engineering and construction projects, contributing to the development and enhancement of T&D standards and practices.
