CarDon & Associates is now seeking a SOCIAL SERVICES.. The Social Services Staff provides medically-related social services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. We are an Indiana-based and family-owned provider of senior living options and lifestyle support services, ranging from independent living and assisted living to skilled nursing and memory care. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: Indiana board certification in social work or a bachelor's degree in social work or a degree in a human service field of sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, or gerontology (plus one year experience). Must also have at least (1) year of experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals. If no degree, then must have a high school diploma or its equivalent and has completed, or will complete within 6 months, the forty-eight (48) hour social services course approved by the State.
