How Your Role Will Shape Our Success
The Proposal & Report Designer is responsible for designing clear, polished, and visually consistent proposals, reports, and client-facing documents. This role focuses on layout, typography, and visual structure - ensuring complex information is presented in a way that is professional, readable, and aligned with brand standards. Working closely with proposal teams, writers, and technical contributors, the Designer elevates document quality while supporting other design initiatives as capacity allows.

At Walker Consultants, we are committed to maintaining fairness and equity in our pay practices. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $75,000 – $90,000 per year. The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
