About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated

and patient-centered Hospitalist Physician to join our well-established,

physician-led multi-specialty group serving the Fall River community. Our

Position Overview :

Hospitalists work a 7-on /

7-off schedule, assigned to one of two local hospitals for each weekly block.

Rounding Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM

– 7 : 00 PM

Admitting “Swing” Shift :

1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM

Candidates must be willing

to rotate between both shifts.

No required overnight

shifts.

Additional shifts are

available for those who desire extra income.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Base Salary :

Estimated range $260,000 – $315,000+ depending on experience and shift

participation

Requirements :

MD or DO degree from an

accredited medical school

Completion of an Internal

Medicine or Family Medicine residency

Board-Certified or

Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Eligible for Massachusetts

medical licensure

Strong clinical judgment,

interpersonal skills, and a commitment to compassionate patient care

Ability to thrive in a

collaborative, team-oriented environment
