Your Role

As an Assistant Manager you’ll be the right-hand hero to the Restaurant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and upholding Dunkin’ Brands and Company standards. From coaching and motivating your crew to delivering top-tier guest experiences, you’ll play a key role in making our restaurant a place where both customers and employees love to be.


  • Ensure compliance will all applicable laws, Brand standards and Company values
  • Lead by Example – Support the team in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service, following the Six Steps of Service.
  • Train and develop a team capable of delivering a great guest experience
  • Motivate the team to achieve defined goals & targets
  • Work with the Manager to find new, creative ways to boost sales and guest loyalty.
  • Cover for the Manager on days off and vacations
