EEG Technician - Syracuse, NY (#25259)

Location : Syracuse, NY

Employment Type : Full-time

Hourly Rate : $58 / hour

Position Overview :

Perform diagnostic EEG testing in a clinical setting, operating advanced neurodiagnostic equipment to support patient care and neurological assessments.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited EEG program.
  • Licensure :

    • Registered EEG Technologist (REEGT).

  • Current BLS / CPR certification.
  • Experience : 1+ years of EEG testing.
  • Technical Skills :

    • Diagnostic equipment operation.

  • Data acquisition / analysis.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
  • Soft Skills :

    • Patient communication.

  • Interdisciplinary collaboration.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct routine and complex EEG studies.
  • Prepare patients and apply electrodes per protocol.
  • Monitor patient responses during procedures.
  • Maintain neurodiagnostic equipment.
  • Document findings and ensure data integrity.
