Greenhouse Integration Developer

A company is looking for a Greenhouse Integration Developer to enhance integrations between their Greenhouse ATS, Oracle HCM, and onboarding systems.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to understand integration and data requirements

Design, build, and maintain integrations between Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM using various methods

Ensure compliance with data governance regulations and support data analytics for reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in HRIS / integration development, preferably with Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and file-based interfaces

Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Ruby)

Familiarity with iPaaS / middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus

Experience in environments with data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX)
