Junior Architect

Arquitectonica is an award-winning, design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 500+ employees located in eleven offices. Our Los Angeles office is seeking designers with 3-5 years of work experience to join our team. Projects include Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality, and Mixed Use/Retail. What We Are Looking For:

• As a Junior Architect/Designer at Arquitectonica, you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design, documentation and construction of our projects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding. Roles and Responsibilities: Understand both architectural design and documentation processes Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials Contribute to construction documentation phases by executing red-marked revisions Work collaboratively alongside your team to meet project deadlines and milestones Participate in the conceptualization of design projects Minimum Requirements: Professional accredited degree in Architecture 3-5 years of continuous professional working experience Excellent design skills Technical experience using Revit Proficiency in 3D modeling software Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Experience in construction documentation is a plus Effective verbal and written communication skills Problem solving skills, attention to detail, motivation to learn Collaborative and professional work ethic Employee Benefits & Perks: Health insurance 401K Paid vacation and sick time on accrual basis, paid holidays Note: We encourage applications from candidates who share our commitment to collaborative excellence and professional growth.
