Auto Body Technician

Kaizen Collision Center is entering a new era under new ownership , and our Sun City location is growing. We’re looking for skilled, dependable Auto Body Technicians who take pride in their craft and want a stable, long-term home in a shop which values quality, teamwork, and respect.

What You’ll Do

Perform high-quality collision repairs following OEM and safety standards

Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Collaborate with estimators and teammates to keep repairs moving smoothly

Use modern tools, equipment, and repair techniques

Take pride in workmanship that reflects well on you and the shop

What We’re Looking For

Auto body repair experience preferred (all levels considered)

Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
