Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of software for prospects and customers
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support
Solicit client feedback and evaluate data to create new sales and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Presales / Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions
Experience as a Business / Systems Analyst with HR systems expertise
Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including HR, Payroll, and Recruiting
Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers
Self-starter with a curious mindset and resourceful approach
