Responsibilities :

• Provide a key functional support for KeyVu application, including future integrations and maintenance
• Work on future enhancements, new development, reporting, system upgrades, and other activities including new user training
• Create functional specifications and assist with an in-depth testing of future enhancements and module development
• Perform daily data upkeep functions
• Provide user support and track any system bugs and enhancements requests
• Work with data validation and reconciliation process
• Assist with a new terminal and new supplier onboarding process. Perform set up function in various systems
• Serve as liaison between various groups, Branded team, Wholesale team, RE, M&A tracking new store opening, closing, divestitures and retail to wholesale conversions
• Serve as liaison between supply, transportation and fuels accounting team in consignee validation and misloads handling
• Assist in Speedway stores conversion and integration projects (RISO)
• Keep subscription services and approval process log up to date
• Support Scheduling Team as needed
