Description of the role
Milea Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Bronx, NY. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Competitive salary range of $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
- Weekly pay schedule
