A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Services Communications to lead strategic messaging during cybersecurity incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Professional Services leadership to support customers during active incidents
Translate technical findings into clear messaging for various audiences
Advise customers on communications strategy and disclosure timing
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in crisis and corporate communications, specifically in cyber or technology incidents
Experience in a leading communications firm or corporate environment
Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity and incident response dynamics
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate sensitive situations
Experience advising senior executives on high-stakes communications
