A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager, eCommerce Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the operational lead on key retail and network partnerships, optimizing high-revenue campaigns
Collaborate with Partnerships and Revenue Optimization teams to develop strategies for increasing affiliate revenue and improving campaign performance
Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and scaling monetization efforts
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in affiliate operations, account management, digital media, partnerships, or eCommerce strategy
Proven ability to manage complex projects that contribute to revenue growth
Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data and develop actionable strategies
Experience with affiliate platforms such as CJ, Impact, Rakuten, or ShareASale
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with BI / CRM tools is a plus
