Are you a relationship-builder who loves connecting people with a cause they care about? At the Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance (VPMMA) , we are a 100% volunteer-led organization dedicated to empowering military service members, veterans, and their spouses. As the Donor Relations Coordinator , you will be the "front line" of our growth, focusing on the individual and small-business supporters who make our mission possible. You will ensure every contributor feels a deep, personal connection to our work in transforming veteran careers.

What You'll Do (Impact : 3–5 Hours / Week)

You will work within the Growth & Development Committee to cultivate a healthy pipeline of foundational supporters.

  • Lead Generation & Prospect Research : Proactively identify potential donor leads, focusing on community-minded individuals and small businesses with a history of supporting veterans.
  • Initial Outreach & Cultivation : Conduct personalized outreach to introduce VPMMA's mission and impact to "Alliance Heroes".
  • Stewardship & Appreciation : Ensure donors receive timely, personalized "Thank You" messages and impact updates to foster long-term loyalty and transparency.
  • Activity Tracking : Log all prospect research and outreach efforts in our CRM (Flowlu) to maintain a clear record of the development pipeline.
