Caliber Auto Glass is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our Sacramento market and help expand into bordering markets. This role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who wants to build, influence strategy, and scale a business. You'll oversee operations, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration while partnering with senior leadership on market expansion.
Compensation : Up to $110,000 base + uncapped performance bonus.
