Receptionist

At Matt Fendon Law Group, we pride ourselves on providing unparalleled service to clients, so were looking for an experienced and passionate legal assistant to help us maintain this high standard. We are looking for a reliable and efficient Bilingual Receptionist to join our busy office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high call volumes, greeting guests, and maintaining the cleanliness of the front office area. Additionally, the receptionist will be required to handle various administrative tasks as assigned by staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and managing a high volume of calls in a busy office environment.
• Managing faxes and ensuring they are distributed appropriately.
• Greeting and assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, front desk, and conference rooms.
• Ordering and managing office supplies.
• Contacting clients regarding their checks.
• Scanning medical records for potential clients.
• Opening and closing the lobby daily.
• Creating new client files in Amicus.
• Sending correspondence and email records to intake or attorneys.
• Calling clients to remind them of upcoming hearings or appointments.
• Completing all assigned tasks on a daily and weekly basis.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently.
• Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., fax machines, scanners).
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Amicus or similar legal software is preferred.
