JOB DESCRIPTION
The Program Director will provide supervision, coordination, and management of the Dual Diagnosis Transitional Residential, Bridge House. The incumbent will implement effective public relations activities, positive employee interaction, professional functioning and adhere to the principles of social rehabilitation. In addition, provide on call support to program staff when needed and must live within a 45-minute radius of the Program (Marina).

COMPENSATION
$79,102 - $123,802 annually. Exempt; Not Eligible for overtime. Compensation based on education and experience. If hired, eligible for licensed site hourly incentive.
REPORTS TO
Division Director of Program Services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelors in a related field; one-year experience in mental health of which four months are in the capacity of supervisory experience. Knowledge of principles of working with adults with severe mental illness and substance use disorders; skills in counseling and crisis intervention. Live within 30 minutes of program site.
Preferred:Master’s degree in a related field with one of the following licenses: LMFT, LSCW, LPCC or license eligible or Clinical Psychologist or RN. Four years’ experience in mental health treatment in which two years’ is in the capacity of supervisory experience.
Valid California driver's license; auto in safe operating condition; auto liability insurance; good driving record; criminal record clearance; proof of authorization to work in the United States as required by Immigration and Reform Act of 1986. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to: operate a motor vehicle; climb stairs; possess good communication skills; meet the requirements of the classification and have mobility, vision, hearing and dexterity levels appropriate to the duties to be performed. Capable of the following extended activities: standing, sitting, climbing stairs. Capable of the following intermittent activities: lifting 25 pounds or more and bending in the performance of infrequently performed office duties.
