Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, paired with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification throughout your tenure.
