Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create scalable learning experiences for global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging, modular learning experiences that align with business objectives

Develop eLearning and blended programs using instructional design best practices

Evaluate and iterate on content based on engagement data and learner feedback

Required Qualifications

3+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience

Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise / Storyline

Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and models

Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for writing and design

Organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
