Sam Galloway Lincoln, a respected and longstanding leader in Southwest Floridas automotive community, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to join our elite sales team. If youre passionate about premium vehicles, delivering white-glove service, and helping clients find the perfect Lincoln, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, personalized sales experience for every guest
  
  
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through follow-up and concierge-level service
  
  
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Lincoln lineup, features, technology, and competitive advantages
  
  
• Guide customers through the full sales processfrom initial greeting to vehicle delivery
  
  
• Maintain a professional showroom presence and uphold Sam Galloway Lincolns luxury brand standards
  
  
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  
  
• Stay current on product updates, incentives, and industry trends
  
  
• Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required; luxury or high-line brand experience strongly preferred
  
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  
  
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-service excellence
  
  
• Ability to learn automotive technology and explain features clearly to clients
  
  
• Valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record
  
  
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
