Key Responsibilities

Manage the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of internal studio and marketing requests

Translate project requests into clear scopes, timelines, and resource plans

Coordinate workflows and project tracking in Monday.com, ensuring timely delivery and accountability

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in studio management, traffic management, or project operations

Advanced proficiency in Monday.com

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines

Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus

Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
