A company is looking for a Jira Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and enrich existing Jira tickets with clear descriptions, ownership, due dates, components, labels, and linked guidance
Create new Jira tickets for third-party, internal systems, and first-party products based on provided inputs
Build and configure departmental dashboards that surface open work, progress, and metrics
Required Qualifications
Strong experience working in Jira, including large scale ticket creation, organization, and cleanup
Expertise applying components, labels, custom fields, and other structuring tools
Experience building and maintaining Jira dashboards
Ability to follow established frameworks and maintain consistency across a large dataset
Comfort partnering with technical and non-technical teams to clarify inputs
