Job Title: Front of House Shift Lead

Purpose: Our goal at Chick-fil-A Moorpark Road is to “Win the hearts of the Conejo Valley”. We want to provide a remarkable experience to both our guests and our team. We are looking for a Shift Leader who demonstrates operational excellence, care, and team building.

Job Description: The role of a Front of House Shift Lead is to supervise and co-ordinate the entire Front of House team. They ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly. This manager may also be involved in helping to train new Team Members and carry out some administrative tasks. We would like someone who is productive, innovative and understands that supporting their team is the first step to operational excellence and a positive and productive work environment.

Employment Type: Full time or Part time availability. We do not have any seasonal positions open at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure every guest has a positive and remarkable experience at our location.
• Develop, encourage and support the team that you are leading.
• Prepare the daily operational set-up.
• Answer the phone, manage guest questions, concerns and resolve situational problems.
• Manage cash flow and ensure drawer tolerance.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English.
• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs.
• Prior experience in a leadership or management position.
• Willing to open in the morning or close the restaurant at night is a plus but is not required. We are looking for Shift Leaders for all days/times.
