Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to join our team as a Heavy Field Service Technician. ABOUT THE POSITION

Heavy Field Service Technicians are responsible for the repair of heavy-classed industrial, construction, and material handling equipment.

In this role, you will :

• Troubleshoot and Repair a variety of heavy equipment at various customer locations to bring each unit back to operational and safety standards.
• Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates.
• Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to decrease equipment downtime, while also maintaining safe working standards both on-site and during the operation of DOT-rated company vehicles.
