Under the general direction of the HR Manager, review and make recommended edits to employee performance appraisals. Respond to inquiries from employees, supervisors and managers regarding performance appraisals. Create entries and make edits in the online performance appraisal system. Participate in interactive process meetings regarding disability accommodations. Work on employee relations cases regarding employee performance and misconduct. Take complaints from employees regarding workplace concerns. Draft disciplinary documents. Assist with record keeping of performance appraisals, leaves of absence, and employee relations investigations. Other duties as assigned.
