Steelhead does not manage third-party assets and focuses on NOI and cash flow optimization within a portfolio of owned assets.
Steelhead is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
The property management division manages over 3,000 residential units and 200,000 SF of commercial space in the Richmond, Tidewater, and DC markets.
