Overnight Cleaning Crew Team Member

At Chick-fil-A East Springfield, the Overnight Cleaning Crew Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Overnight Team Members play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-prepared restaurant. This position ensures our restaurant is reset each night to meet Chick-fil-A's high cleanliness and food safety standards.

Position Type

Part-time 4-5 hours/night 6 days per week

10PM-2/3 AM (Monday-Saturday)

Overnight Cleaning Crew Responsibilities

Deep clean and sanitize kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Break down, clean, and reassemble kitchen equipment as required

Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize all floors and surfaces

Empty trash and properly dispose of waste

Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies

Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and Chick-fil-A brand standards

Work independently to complete nightly cleaning and dishwashing checklists

Keep all work areas clean, organized, and orderly

Adhere to Chick-fil-A safety guidelines and dress code

Complete all assigned closing and overnight cleaning tasks

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

Dependable, punctual, and consistent

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time

Bilingual candidates are welcome
