Looking for a unique opportunity to launch your career? Look no further! Staffmark has a temp-to-hire role for a Modular Picker in Manor, TX. This position offers tons of benefits and advancement opportunities.

Schedule + Pay Details :

  • Multiple shifts with start times between 9 AM and 12 AM .
  • 24 / 7 facility.
  • Will work 4 days each week, including a Saturday or a Sunday.
  • 10-12+ hours per day.
  • $18.50 - $20.00 / hr. (Depending on shift)

Requirements :

Have picking experience in a fast-paced environment + Able to lift 50 pounds + Be a team player

Key Responsibilities :

  • Retrieve chips and snack products from storage areas based on order lists.
  • Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions for order accuracy.
  • Assemble and organize picked items into bins, totes, or pallets for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following company policies.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor.
  • Use handheld scanners or picking lists to track and document completed orders.
