Schedule Requirement : Minimum 4 classes per week including early mornings (5 : 30 AM) evenings and weekends

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced high-energy Certified Personal Trainer with proven group fitness coaching experience to lead our signature classes in a split-room each class half the members are on treadmills and the other half are on the strength floor with the coach managing both sides simultaneously.

Our ideal coach thrives in a high-energy music-driven environment connects easily with people and knows how to keep both new and experienced members safe engaged and motivated from start to finish. You will inspire members to push past their limits help convert first-timers into loyal members and represent the STRIDE Fitness brand both in and out of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 55-minute high-intensity classes combining treadmill-based cardio and floor-based strength training

Manage and motivate two sides of the room simultaneously keeping both treadmill and floor participants engaged safe and on pace

Provide clear confident cueing that is easy to follow in a loud music-filled environment

Adapt workouts for multiple fitness levels offering progressions and modifications on the fly

Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members especially first-timers

Build member relationships learn and use names consistently and make personal connections even in large classes

Contribute to membership sales by creating excitement demonstrating value and encouraging first-timers to join

Maintain punctuality and professionalism arriving prepared and ready to lead with high energy

Support STRIDE Fitness events challenges and community-building initiatives

Required Qualifications

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a nationally recognized organization (NASM ACE ISSA ACSM NSCA etc.) must be active and in good standing

Group Fitness Experience leading structured high-energy classes in a fitness studio gym or athletic environment

Strong public speaking skills with the ability to project energy clarity and motivation in a loud high-intensity setting

CPR / AED certification preferred

Reliable transportation to and from STRIDE Fitness Southlands (Aurora CO)

Must live within a 30-minute commute of the studio

Availability for at least 4 classes per week including early mornings evenings and weekends
