A company is looking for a Director of Sales, Mass & Club.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Mass and Club expansion business and manage full account responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and expand distribution through strategic customer relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated commercial plans

Required Qualifications

8-12+ years of CPG sales experience, with direct management of large grocery customers

Proven success in leading sales teams in fast-growing or entrepreneurial environments

Deep understanding of trade management and the grocery retail landscape

Highly analytical with strong forecasting and planning skills

Proficient in syndicated data tools like Nielsen & Retail Link
