Job Title: Front-End Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for back-end operations, which include packaging, scanning prescriptions, and loading medicines into automated dispensing machines. This position requires standing on your feet during 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Package and scan prescriptions accurately.
• Load medicines into automated dispensing machines.
• Ensure all order entries are completed promptly and accurately.
• Assist in the fulfillment process to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

Essential Skills

• Pharmacy technician license.
• Proficiency in pharmacy order entry and fulfillment.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Experience in retail pharmacy and specialty pharmacy operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with insurance processes.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician certification.
• Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting.

Work Environment

This position operates within a closed-door dispensing pharmacy environment. Employees must be comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts possible. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, promotional opportunities, and internal benefits, including holiday and PTO.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
