Location : Scranton, PA
Position Type : Full-Time
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Body Shop Technician, you’ll restore vehicles to their original condition by repairing damaged body parts and performing collision repairs according to factory and dealership standards. You will :
➤ Repair damaged body parts and vehicle bodies according to factory and dealership standards
➤ Prepare vehicles for body repair work and ensure parts match estimates
➤ Notify management of additional repairs, challenges, or delays that may impact quality or schedule
➤ Maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment
➤ Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment, including respirator, as recommended
➤ Comply with all laws and regulations regarding paint, thinners, and hazardous materials
➤ Cooperate with team members and assist in prepping and repairing vehicles
➤ Keep work area clean and organized while adhering to all health and safety policies
WHAT YOU BRING
◆ Education & Experience : 4 to 10 years of related experience and / or training (or an equivalent combination).
◆ Certificates & Licenses : Valid Driver’s License required; must meet company insurability standards.

Aluminum Repair; Replacement and Welding
Electronics for Collision Repair
Glass Replacement; Plastic Repair
Steering and Suspension; Understanding Collision Repair
Workplace Hazardous Materials; Manufacturer Training
◆ Physical Requirements : Regular standing and walking; use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Regularly lift / move up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift / move more than 100 lbs. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
