The Opportunity

As a Staff Product Designer on our acquisition and partner experiences team, you’ll design experiences that attract, compel, and convert users to members.  You’ll turn insight into impact - using design to attract, compel, and convert prospects into members who take control of their finances.

You’ll be part of an Agile team with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data that collaborates to deliver digital experiences that convert consumers, turn intent into action and build an interactive layer to drive engagement and help consumers improve their financial situation. Your design decisions will directly impact key growth metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a seasoned designer who loves being part of a cross-functional team and collaborating to deliver business / consumer impact, engagement, and team velocity.

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ and San Francisco, CA metro market. We are offering 100% remote work in other approved locations.

Salary Range : $150,000 to $160,000 + bonus + benefits.
