A company is looking for a Record Label Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the operational, contractual, and financial workflows of the record label.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee contract intake, execution, and internal setup, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking

Manage financial operations including tracking advances, budgets, and recoupment updates

Coordinate release logistics and maintain compliance with contractual and publishing obligations

Required Qualifications

3+ years in music industry operations, label administration, or related fields

Experience with record labels, distributors, or rights management environments preferred

Strong understanding of recording, distribution agreements, and royalty accounting concepts

Ability to review agreements and communicate key business terms effectively
