Role Overview :

The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining business and system requirements, facilitating user meetings, and conducting interviews to gather insights. The role involves analyzing current processes, recommending improvements, and ensuring successful project planning and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate user meetings and interviews to gather requirements.

Develop use cases and resolve business / system issues.

Document and maintain project plans, issue logs, and related documentation.

Analyze current processes and recommend solutions for improvement.

Oversee acquisition, analysis, and dissemination of subject matter knowledge.

Provide technical and business expertise to clients.

Stay updated on technological trends and competitive developments.

Conduct research on industry practices, standards, and benchmarking data.

Code and maintain business application programs based on user instructions or functional specifications.

Participate in analysis and testing phases of the development cycle.

Required Experience :

3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis and IT projects.

Strong knowledge of analysis and testing phases in the development cycle.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
