Join our vibrant team at Bakan, where authentic flavors meet modern sophistication in the heart of Wynwood! We're seeking an energetic and reliable Barback to be the backbone of our bar operations.
About the Role :
As a vital member of our bar team, you'll keep the energy flowing and ensure our bartenders have everything they need to create amazing drinks for our guests. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the art of bartending from our talented team, as we love to promote from within.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain a fully stocked bar by replenishing ice, garnishes, glassware, and beverages
- Master our glass washing protocols to ensure spotless glassware for every drink
- Support bartenders during peak service hours
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist in receiving and organizing inventory
- Ensure proper storage of supplies and equipment
