Location: Rural Districts East of Colorado Springs, CO
Compensation: $80/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychoeducational services in support of students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral success. This full-time (4-day/week) position serves school districts east of Colorado Springs and requires regular travel to assigned schools.

The School Psychologist plays a key role within the special education team—conducting evaluations, consulting with staff, and supporting students' diverse needs in alignment with Colorado's Exceptional Children’s Educational Act (ECEA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, interpret, and report results of psychoeducational assessments for eligibility and programming decisions.
• Collaborate with special education teams to analyze data and support decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and serve as Director Designee in IEP and eligibility meetings.
• Support Response to Intervention (RtI) processes through data review, progress monitoring, and gap analysis.
• Recommend and support implementation of appropriate academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
• Provide consultation and training to educators regarding instructional and behavioral strategies, program development, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state special education regulations.
• Utilize software and technology tools to manage data, write reports, and support team collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license with School Psychologist endorsement

• Strong understanding of ECEA, RtI/MTSS, and psychoeducational assessments

• Proficiency with data collection and interpretation

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
