Your Role : Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting
As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a critical role in preparing SEC filings, supporting financial statement disclosures, and performing technical accounting analyses. You'll collaborate across teams and help strengthen financial reporting processes for a rapidly scaling organization.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related disclosures
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results and variances
- Research and document technical accounting issues and new GAAP pronouncements
- Review journal entries and reconciliations for investments and other technical areas
- Support accounting for business combinations and investments
- Perform key internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities
- Supervise and coach financial reporting staff
- Assist with special projects and automation initiatives
