Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized care to our clients in their homes. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA license in North Carolina
• Previous experience in home care or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
