LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an elite, mid-size firm in their search for a Finance Associate in Chicago, IL

Details

  • The attorney will support clients in complex finance transactions including leveraged acquisitions, restructurings, private equity financing, retail financing, and mezzanine financing.
  • 2000 Billable Hours (with 200+ hours creditable).
  • The firm will consider candidates who prefer a highly remote arrangement with occasional travel to Chicago.

Salary

  • The anticipated salary range for this role is $225,000-250,000 + bonuses.

    • Requirements

  • 2+ years sophisticated finance experience at a mid-size or large law firm.
  • IL Bar Admission (or ability to obtain admission).
  • JD from accredited law school.
