What’s Under the Hood

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, as the Funding (Loan Review) Agent, you will be responsible to review customer income documentation and communicate with our Retail stores.

In long, you will:

• Carefully review income documentation to ensure the guidelines are met.

• Identify any indication of fraudulent information or customer misrepresentation on income documents provided. Attention to detail is key.

• Calculate monthly income potential. Math skills are important.

• Great communicator, whether by phone, email or in person.

• You must be great with people, and a team player. We are a massive team.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Be competitive, we are a metrics-driven environment.

• Training provided to ensure you are set up for success!

So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.

• A mind for the details. Okay we know "detail-oriented" is on about every job description - but we really mean it!

The Specifics.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must have availability to work Monday through Saturday with shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm. Available to work every Saturday.
