Compensation : $80,000 - 105,000 Annually

Overview : Nexus HR is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, the Clinic Operations Manager oversees clinic operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality biologic therapies that align with our mission of improving patient outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

Implement strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans.

Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Manage staff performance and development within the clinic.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure effective communication between staff and patients.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field (required).

Proven experience in medical management or healthcare operations (required).

Strong leadership and management skills (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).

Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements (preferred).
