Summary :

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure across both GCP and AWS platforms.
• Administer and maintain Kubernetes clusters preferably using Rancher as the orchestrator.
• Maintain current expertise with Linux Windows VMware clustering resilient infrastructure and automation technologies.
• Compare and evaluate different virtualization and cloud platforms outlining their features and limitations.
• Oversee design development and implementation of various software systems and products.
• Enhance automation and provisioning processes using scripting for improved productivity.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of multiple Public Cloud providers (AWS GCP Azure Oracle Cloud).
• Maintain Helm charts and deployment requirements for Kubernetes (Rancher).
• Manage SSL certificate renewals to prevent service outages across multiple domains.
• Complete Akamai CDN implementations and updates.
• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair system outages as needed.
• Address and remediate security requirements for both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Develop and uphold engineering and architectural standards for compute storage and data protection in hybrid or on-premise environments.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc system reports.
• Assist in creating and documenting operational procedures for daily activities.
• (Preferred) Experience with Rancher Kubernetes Akamai CDN containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) AVI Load Balancer and global on-call enterprise support.
