Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe and compassionate care. Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal outcomes. Contribute to positive patient experiences across the care continuum. Be part of a supportive team culture with regular team-building activities. Thrive in an environment that promotes teamwork and continuous learning. Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Recognize significant changes in patient condition and respond promptly. Implement safety strategies and assess patient readiness to learn. Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach. Support shared governance and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain effective communication and promote collaboration. Participate in professional development activities. Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification. Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Ability to provide holistic patient care and recognize situational changes. Proficient computer skills including electronic medical records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make critical decisions and work collaboratively. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks. Exposure to chemicals, hazardous waste, and communicable diseases.
