XYBIX SYSTEMS , a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer located in Littleton, CO is searching for Assemblers to join their existing team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, work-from-home professionals, gamers, and more! All of our products have fitness, health, and comfort designed into them for people in these fields.

If you enjoy working on a high performing team, love collaboration and a team environment - then you could be a great 'fit' with our company! We are hiring for Assemblers who is industrious, can learn fast, follow instructions and has a positive attitude to join our team.

We work a 4-day workweek (10-hour shift, Monday - Thursday) and then, get to enjoy a 3-day weekend!

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to :

• Utilize tools and instructions provided by the company to manufacture our products.
• Use shop floor ERP system to record work performed.
• Follow existing policies, practices and procedures to produce a great work product.
• Learn to use 'lean' manufacturing techniques to ensure safety and quality.
• Learn how to operate a variety of machinery.
• Participate in improvement activities to ensure you succeed in your job and add value to your team!

Requirements

BENEFITS :

POSITION STATUS : Full-time, non-exempt

PAY RANGE : starting at $19.00 - based on experience

SHIFT : 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, Monday - Thursday (and then you enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
