Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an employee relations strategy for workplace investigations and case management
Oversee and conduct complex investigations, ensuring compliance with employment laws
Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and collaborate on training initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 10 years of experience in employee relations or employment law, with 3 years in management
Experience in building and scaling an employee relations practice for 2000+ employees
Expert knowledge of workplace investigations and conflict resolution
Comprehensive expertise in US employment law and workplace anti-discrimination laws
