  • Offering Pay-per-Visit Rates - $60.00 to $70.00 per Point

    • Overview

    As a home health Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities.

    Requirements :

  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program
  • Current Occupational Therapy / OT state license within the state of practice
  • Minimum of one (1) year of occupational therapy experience in an inpatient, outpatient or home healthcare setting; home health industry experience a plus
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
