Description
The office coordinator responds to, or redirects, routine to complex inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization, its activities, or processes so callers / visitors are answered promptly and accurately. Must have an outstanding personality and understand the value of exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Greeting guests and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression; Receive and direct visitors
- Answer and route calls from the main 1-800 number professionally and efficiently
- Open and set up new customer accounts as needed
- Schedule and manage bookings for conference rooms
- Assist with various special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Complete office purchases and ensure office supplies are maintained
- Handle some Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, postage, shipments, and deliveries
- Assist and set up special events, meetings, and lunches
- General Clerical duties such as answering phones, copying, filling, etc
- Other duties, as assigned

Education and Experience Required :
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institutionKnowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationAbility to work independently safely & efficiently and to follow safety policies & proceduresPreferred Education, Experience, and Skills :
