Deposit Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the implementation, on-going enhancement, and analysis of retail and small business deposit products to achieve corporate objectives within the retail and small business line of business. The manager will also participate in merger related activities as it relates to the mapping, operational conversion, training, and client communication of deposit products.

Essential duties and responsibilities include working with the product team to research, identify, and implement appropriate products sales strategies to identify opportunities for meeting goals. The manager will also coordinate the development of management reporting, create and conduct product and campaign training as needed, manage revisions to team documents, analyze and communicate product trends, assist in preparing product management presentations, and collaborate with other bank teams for new products, product enhancements, etc.

Supervisory responsibilities include directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications include a Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills include proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
